【研究】1. as might have been expected で「当然予想されたように」の意味になります。2. 前置詞 of を伴って as might have been expected of A と表現すると、「さすがは A だけあって」を意味します。3. 日本語では as might been expected (of A) と同じ訳になりますが、予想時点と対象行為が起きた時点の「時間の差」を意識する場合は、今回の用法を使用します。
